Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are generally not provided once access has been granted.

Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases such as:

• Duplicate or incorrect payment
• Technical issues preventing service access
• Billing errors attributable to the platform

Refund Requests

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase by contacting support@elixzor.com.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund payments already made.
